Gator's Bites
Now you can tell the folks back home about the Florida Alligator you caught and ate! Served with
cocktail sauce and spicy rémoulade sauce.
Sesame Rubbed Tuna
A fresh tuna steak coated in sesame seeds, lightly seared and sliced sashimi style. Served with Asian greens, wasabi, and plum sauce.
Bacon Wrapped Scallops
Seven large sea scallops wrapped with applewood smoked bacon and broiled to seal in the flavor of the ocean.
  South Beach Nachos
Corn tortilla chips lightly fried and smothered in Southwestern chili, queso, jack and cheddar cheeses, pico de gallo,  and jalapenos. Topped with sour cream and scallions.
  Grilled Steak and Mushroom Quesadilla
A grilled jalapeno-cheddar tortilla stuffed with seasoned strips of grilled steak, mozzarella, jack
and cheddar cheeses, sautéed peppers, onions, and mushrooms and bacon bits. Served with salsa and sour cream.
  Chicken and Cheese Quesadilla
A lightly grilled flour tortilla stuffed with grilled chicken, mozzarella, jack and cheddar cheeses,
and bacon bits. Served with pico de gallo, salsa and sour cream.
  Veggie Quesadilla
A lightly grilled flour tortilla stuffed with grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms, broccoli, mozzarella, jack and cheddar cheeses. Served with pico de gallo, salsa and sour cream.
  Blackened Gator Quesadilla
A lightly grilled flour tortilla stuffed with blackened gator, mozzarella, jack and cheddar cheeses, and bacon bits. Served with pico de gallo, salsa and sour cream.
  Caribbean Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Spinach and artichoke hearts with three cheeses cooked to a creamy finish, with Caribbean spices
added. Toped with pico de gallo and served piping hot with corn tortilla chips and salsa.
  Fried Mozzarella Sticks
Crispy breaded mozzarella cheese fried to perfection and served with marinara sauce.

Fresh calamari lightly dredged in flour and flash fried. Served with marinara.
  Southwest Egg Rolls
Eight large egg roll halves stuffed with chicken, corn, black beans, jalapeño peppers and jack and cheddar cheeses. Served with a spicy southwest sauce.
  Fried Mushrooms
A half pound of button mushrooms fried to perfection and served with ranch dressing and GATORS' Texas petal sauce.
  Appetizer Sampler
Caribbean spinach and artichoke dip served alongside fried mozzarella sticks and loaded potato skins. Served with salsa, sour cream, and marinara sauces.

A treasure from the North. This classic chowder is sure to satisfy any traveler’s craving.
Seafood Gumbo
Straight out of the Big Easy. Tender chunks of fish, crab meat and whole shrimp in a Cajun broth with
celery, onions, and green peppers. Served with white rice.
  Florida French Onion Soup
Sweet onions served in broth, topped with a crouton and melted provolone cheese.
  Chili
Our classic recipe from the old Southwest. Topped with jack and cheddar cheeses and scalions.
